Hello. After flying for the first time and showing up at a very nice hotel. We were denied over a 100 visa interaction. I didn’t have a visa in my name but had cash and a person that would cover the cost. But still would not let us stay. I had to cancel and receive a penalty for the mess up. The lady at holiday inn was very rude and ruined our trip for sure and didn’t accommodate us at all. Best western saved our lives for an experience that was deserved. It was a horrible experience with holiday inn.

Easy to access the property with the public transit; 4 minutes to the main orange line for the métro which gives easy access to the majority of the city (dining, activities, Biodome, Old Montreal, Mont Royal etc). Check in was easy and quick. They also held our baggage until check-in accessible to staff. The pool is located in the 15th floor and provides amazing city views day and night. Large hot tub and dry sauna. Some construction was ongoing during most of our stay but was kept clean throughout. Housekeeping was by daily and kept the room tidy and cozy and fresh linens were made available regularly.

Classy very clean reasonably priced parking inside under 40$ great and safe. Ask for back of building the street side is a tiny bit loud I found but this is our 2nd time at this location and it WILL be our go to mtl hotel again for sure
