We are sincerely sorry to hear about your displeasure during your stay with us. Unfortunately as our official check-in time is 15h00 and our check-out time was at 12h00. Our maids have a small window of time to perform their task should our guests leave their room too late. We hold dear the trust that our guests have on us to provide them with a room that is clean and ready on time for their arrival to our hotel. We consider ourselves to already have a late check-out time (at 12h00pm) considering the most earlier times that are given in other hotels for their own check-out. We also always mention this fact at the moment of our customer's check-in and it is also written on the registration form that all of our guests need to obligatory sign upon their arrival at the hotel. We understand accidents can happen and that is the reason why ; we wait till 1 pm should one of our guests not come back on time to their room for their check-out. We then take with a lot of care their belongings and secure them at the front desk. Thank you for your understanding for which this situation happened on your last stay with us. Cordially,
