The location of the hotel is ideal and close to everything : transportation, restaurants, shopping etc. Level of security inside the hotel is well maintained. I loved their breakfast menu (varied and fresh). The staff, at all levels, is very friendly, professional and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed my stay. The things missing in the room were a plastic tray for the boots (WINTER) and the folding table to rest my luggage. No longer available???

Ice cold water in shower, I believe diverter was broke. Had to park for blocks away, of course it was 11 degrees Fahrenheit and snowing. Room was decent, other than cold shower. Front desk no help. Breakfast wasnt bad..no coffee though i guess they ran out??

Perfect and roomy!

We stayed there 3 years prior on another trip and we felt comfortable and safe. This particular trip our flight was suddenly cancelled and this was the first place we thought of in Montreal. The staff was nice, hot breakfast, safe entrance and elevators. There is enough room in the bedrooms for 3 people to stay comfortably with excellent showers. 5 mins walking to a grocery and shopping mall. Every time I visit Montreal I will stay here.

I’ve stayed here a few times and hate leaving a bad review… but when there’s no hot water in the shower or sink it’s not a good thing. When I let the fri t desk know they said they’d look into it. No appology, no offer of shower in another room. Very disappointed.

On a positive note, the Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our room heater was not functioning. Room was quite chilly. Maintenance was called and the heater needed replacing so they provided 2 space heaters for the time being. Later the toilet was leaking water on the floor. I asked for another room, which was provided and unfortunately that room had no hot water. Maintenance was called again for repair. It didn’t help as only one person could take a very short shower for 2min max. Manager tried his best to accommodate and gave a small credit for the inconvenience. We also couldn’t sleep as the neighbouring guests were extremely noisy with kids running up and down the halls and knocking on each door. I will never go back to this hotel. Terrible experience.
