Room is fairly clean, comfy, and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Convenient location to us as we would walk to Chinatown and Montreal Old Town for dinners. However, the suite temperature was hard to adjust and felt cold at night when it was freezing outside.

Assez bien. Le déjeuner est très bien mais le personnel de l’hôtel est parfois un peu raide et manque un peu de skills pour une entreprise de service. Les chambres sont un bon entre deux, pour les personnes qui restent longtemps et qui veulent une espace cuisine.

Only stay 3 nights, ask the lady just to clean once and she didn’t do it. Carpet was a little bit dirty. Didn’t like the fact that the safe box wasn’t in the room but in the lobby. Hotel was nice and people were friendly.

The low cost rooms in downtown location is perfect, easy check in and out, friendly staff and large apartment style hotel rooms, it was the perfect hotel for our first stay in downtown Montreal and can't wait for our next trip, which we've already booked hotel Faubourg for! Nice and clean property with large rooms. This is an older hotel but it has everything you need in a great location. The rooms could be updated, but they were comfortable, quiet and airy. Nice hot and cold breakfast buffet in the morning and coffe/tea available all the time. So 5 stars for this lovely 3 stars hotel!

Great location. It’s an old appartement building turned into hotel. It’s dated but clean . Kitchenette’s very practical. Breakfast has something for everyone. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Acceptable for a three star hotel
Staff friendly. Building secured. Room is very spacious and clean, however definitely in need of a total update. Furniture very old scuffed and cheep. Carpet and couch were dirty and stained. Good breakfast selection
