Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The decor in the room was a bit dated but the beds were comfortable. Hooks to hang your towel were sparse in the bathroom. And the In room safe was on a closet shelf; barely reachable for a shorter adult. After a long day sightseeing; we were looking forward to eating in house. Sadly, the hotel restaurant (Le Petit Opus) was closed (Saturday night). Parking was a choice between valet ($60/day) or self parking across the street (in a very tight underground lot for @$20/day). So factor that into your budget if you have a car.

The room we stayed in 3103 was dated and the soundproofing wasn't great (i think it's right next to utility room or elevator bank). Location is very good and staff is good, but still very expensive given state of room and hallway (poorly lit).
