Amazing property! Near Champ-De-Mars Metro station that gets you anywhere you really need to go in Montreal. Close to Old Montreal and all the fun shops! The staff was so accommodating and nice. Just so many good things For F1 fans it’s super close to the track. Amazing property and the room was très bien! Merci beaucoup!!!

Room was clean. We were upgraded to a lovely room if we didn’t mind walking a little further. Enjoyed our complimentary drink overlooking the Ferris wheel. Breakfasts were delicious! Everyone was helpful and kind.

The hotel is very nice but the parking garage door is closed and you need to drive up to it for it to open, ended up calling reception for help looks like an empty side street

Great hotel in a wonderful location walking distance to Old Montreal and downtown areas. We were disappointed that the heater for the heated pool was broken during our stay but the staff totally made up for it and were outstanding. The parking is hard to find/figure out so hope this is helpful.... You enter the garage on Rue St Hubert. You need to pull up very close to the garage doors for them to automatically open. Within the hotel there are two elevator banks but only one of them will talk you down to the P1 and P2 garage levels. We encountered so many others that like us took the wrong one to level 1 and ended up in no man's land. Other than the parking being confusing it's great with many spots and electric chargers.

Highly recommend Hyatt Centric Montreal! Clean beautiful comfy spacious rooms! Super great view of Old Port Montreal from my room on 7th floor! Staff will incredibly helpful in recommending restaurants for dinner, as well as, sports bar to watch the hockey game and coffee shops. Super great location in walking distance to mostly everything you’d wanna see as a tourist! 5-star quality for sure! I’ll be back!
