The room itself was clean but we had broken blinds, we used our shower curtain to block the window.checkout was a night mare they asked for a cash deposit and then it took 2 managers and all day to find the deposit and give it back to us

The area is good but the amenities wasn’t enough no mini fridge and the toilet paper they didn’t change it. They left the old one from the previous guests. Lots of dust and chairs were dirty. Breakfast wasn’t enough even

Fine stay. All good. Note: Be sure to enter ALL the numbers/letters following the address in your GPS. I only entered the address and arrived at a golf shop! The last numbers/letters are sort of like U.S. zip codes. The actual address may be duplicated a short distance away (golf shop) so the added numbers/letters differentiate them.

Multiple buildings on the property which provided a nice community complex. However, I booked two rooms with two queen beds each and they provided two rooms with 1 queen bed and 1 double bed each.

I must say, I was rather let down by my recent stay at your hotel. I had specifically chosen your establishment due to the advertised availability of electric car charging facilities, but I was disappointed to learn upon arrival that these have been out of order for several months, as confirmed by your staff. Furthermore, I feel that the quality of the accommodations and services provided did not justify the price I paid, and I believe there may be better options available in the area. Regrettably, I cannot recommend your hotel to others, as it did not meet the standards I expect from a Canadian establishment.
