Friendly and helpful Staff from the Front desk to housekeeping. Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and Bars. We’ve stayed at the Sheraton and Holiday Inn during our previous visits and we would definitely re-book the Novotel again.

The only thing was there was three people in the room and only 2 coffee pods 2 cups etc when we asked for more pods and cream they said there would be a charge of $1.90 each which I have never had this before so it was a bit annoying we said no we should be able to get more if needed

Novotel is a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is central to everything, including The Bell Centre. The hotel is clean, quiet and has all the amenities, including room service. The staff were also very nice and friendly!
