Brutal management of guests - families swearing at each other and slamming the doors of two rooms constantly - brutal language of parents with kids yet hotel did nothing. I was there to sleep after an overseas flight - bad location, Terrible bed and no sleep because of other guests engaged in loud and verbally violent domestic disputes. Booked to use for five hours sleep. Got none and then the reception called to say my shuttle could only take me an hour earlier than arranged. Brutal.

Staff was friendly and efficient. No waiting. Room on second floor near elevator was renovated compared to online photos. Room temperature was perfect. Beds just ok - not the most comfortable and sheets a bit scratchy for sensitive skin. Pillows small and thin. Everything was very clean. Quiet. Safe. Great shower pressure. Plenty of towels. Free Breakfast was amazing! Free outdoor self parking (plenty of spaces available and wide enough for trucks / SUV). Easy access to highway. NO Traffic on weekend. Close to Walmart Shoppers Dollarama. Very close to Dorval Pool. Stayed with group from swim team. I was hesitant to stay here based on the reviews but was pleasantly surprised with the results. Will definitely stay here again.

The property appears to be in stages of renovation. Thus the reason for my "good" rating. The shuttle service from the train station and to the airport was exceptional. Great job guys! The breakfast was on par with other Choice Hotels. The evening staff did a great job of checking in. Gregory was very professional and handles guests extremely well. There was confusion over our reservation, but a call to Gregory a week before our cruise solved the issue. Gregory handled it with ease. Thanks Gregory for your help and your professionalism. Ward

this is a seedy area. the nearest eating establishment is a bar frequented by drunks and homeless people. this propert is very old and looks disgusting
