I’ve travelled quite a bit, and the reception staff here were the rudest I’ve ever had. We booked this hotel, due to it having a pool, so we paid more and once there the pool was under reconstruction. Then I got told it’s my fault for booking through Expedia. I also was treated like an inconvenience when I couldn’t find the laundry room, and was just told “it’s on the bottom floor” but with no signage I had no idea and had to try and open each door to see where it was. I was there with my children and my wife had gone there for surgery, so I was not happy to find no pool, and then having to walk around to find laundry. Almost left the hotel but too hard too move everything with the kids. Jodi from the weekend breakfast crew was amazing tho, as were the housekeeping staff!

We were a combined family of 2 totaling 7. The reason I booked this Hotel was for the pool option, which clearly states they have one. I have stayed in many place's and they always state in plain views if any services are not working. And they have always informed me if they were not when I would call to confirm. I went to check on the pool and it has not been completely built yet. Why have the pool service highlighted Or at least inform me when I called to confirm. Extremely disappointed. Not worth the 700$ a night.

I liked the room service staff but the front desk staff was extremely rude, at more than one ocation I observed that they don't care about you. Never a smile on the face either.
