My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Sens Hotel.The location is perfect, with the metro just a short walk away and plenty of small shops and great places to eat nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I would recommend and definitely stay here again!

Noisy but everyone goes to bed early. Chambermaids are a little noisy but things got to get done. The noisiest thing is the cabinets in the rooms, particularly the cabinet door that the fridge was in. Get some felt to dampen the cabinet doors. Good gym. Great staff, my complete lack of French was no problem

The staff are professional, knowledge and helpful, especially the check in staff, housekeeping staff and the gentleman on the second floor who helped me print my airline boarding pass; however, despite the lobby of the hotel looking terrific, the rooms are clearly showing their wear and are likely due for refresh. In my view, such refresh could have been further delayed if maintenance staff paid closer attention to details when addressing small worn out items in the hotel room, such as painting, bathroom door, toilet roll holder and odd operations of the air conditioning unit (turns off automatically every 5 minutes or so). Despite my criticisms, I will likely consider staying at this hotel again in the future.
