Die Aussagen der Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr widersprüchlich. Erst hieß es, es sei kein Zimmer mehr verfügbar. Auf den Hinweis, dass wir eine pre-paid Buchung haben, hieß es dann, dass diese durch Expedia (nicht Ebookers) storniert worden sei, was natürlich nicht der Fall war. Im Übrigen sei das Motel erst seit 2 Wochen wieder geöffnet (nach Corona), was unverständlich ist, wenn man Monate zuvor bereits Buchungen vornimmt. Darüber hinaus war man weder beim Kontaktieren des ebookers Supports, noch bei der Suche nach einer Ersatzunterkunft hilfreich. Habe selbst gesucht und war erst recht verärgert, dass uns neben dem Quality Inn ausgerechnet wieder das Days Inn angeboten wurde. Frühstück scheint es zur Zeit keines zu geben, da der Frühstücksraum eine einzige Baustelle ist. Darüber hinaus scheint auch der Swimmingpool nicht mehr genutzt werden können.

der Pool wird zur Zeit renoviert und kann nicht genutzt werden. Das Frühstück, welches serviert wird, war ausgesprochen gut!
