Chalets Kandahar offers 4 large apartments (Chalet Stelvio, Chalet Cervinia, Chalet Kitz and Chalet Hahnenckamm) situated in Les Eucherts district of La Rosière – Espace San Bernardo, Franco-Italian international ski area.
These chalets from 140m² to 160m² offer all the comfort for a family or a group of friends from 10 to 12 people. All the chalets are ideally located in the heart of Averne, 5 minutes from the main slopes, the Galopins nursery and the ski school ESF in Les Eucherts - La Rosière. Chalets du Kandahar were built by its owners, originally from La Rosière. Each chalet is tastefully decorated. They have been designed in a very functional and spacious style. They enjoy maximum sunshine thanks to its southern exposure.

CHALET CERVINIA OR STELVIO

140 m² - 4 bedrooms chalet sleeps up to 10. Chalet Cervinia is near Stelvio. These two chalets are similar and located side by side, but each with an independent entrance.

Ground floor:
- Family bedroom (about 25m²) sleeps up to 4: 2 single beds (190x80) and 2 bunk beds (190x80)
- Large private bathroom with double sinks and toilet.
- South facing terrace,

1st floor:
- Living room (about 55 m²) with sofa and armchairs, flat screen TV (TNT and international channels, dinner table.
- Fully equipped open kitchen with North terrace: hob, oven, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, raclette set, filter coffee maker, Senseo® coffee maker, extractor hood, toaster.
- Cellar with freezer.
- Terrace balcony with garden furniture.
- Separate toilet.

2nd floor:
- 2 bedrooms (about 16 m²) with 2 single beds (190x80) + balcony + bathroom + toilet.
- Mezzanine (about 22m²): small living room with a bedroom ‘mezzanine’ with 1 double bed (190x140) + balcony + shower room.

• End of stay cleaning service is included. The kitchen area (dishes, floor and surfaces) must be left clean (additional cleaning: €150). €150 fees will be payable on site if the kitchen area and dishes are not cleaned by the customer upon departure.
• Wellness area: jacuzzi (will close from winter 2023-2024) and sauna with 2 showers and separate toilet. Common to all chalets (limited hours).

Price does not include:
• Damage deposit: 2000€/stay, required on arrival. The deposit may be retained in the event of non-compliance with the rules of the establishment or the non-return of the keys at the end of the stay.

Car park: free covered car parking in Les Balcons residence (about 200 m from the chalets) – 1 place per chalet.

Pet: 100€/week– limited to 1 animal (-15 kg) per chalet.
