Ticks the boxes
Staff were excellent - offered and changed my room from family to twin room, which was far better for me ( 2 beds versus bed and converted settee ). Hotel only 7 months old so in very good condition. Central, car parking nearby. Food offereing not good, but chinese carry out very close, and plenty of local cafe's. Taxi office about 100 yards from hotel. Good price.

Brief Visit
Our last minute decision to book a room at Travelodge for our brief visit to Morecambe was an excellent choice. An immaculate room with everything required which, in our case, was a single night's stay, but we would have been quite happy to stay for longer. Close to local restaurants and shopping area. On the negative side, our room on the first floor was adjacent to the Iceland store and we experienced some noise from the rooftop air conditioning system.
