Upon entering the lobby for check-in around 6:30 pm, my nostrils were hit with smell of weed smoke all up in the lobby. I was told my room number and after lugging our stuff up a flight of stairs, I noticed the door was ajar. When I looked in the room, it was clearly still dirty so we went back down to the lobby to tell him. Within ten minutes, the room was miraculously ready. All I saw transpire was a woman walking with a stack of fresh towels and a lit cigarette enter the room twice. Mind you no cleaning supplies were ever carried in. She told me it was “ready” with a smile and proceeded to tell me that she lives there and is helping out the guy who works in the lobby. This told me that she wasn’t a part of the normal housekeeping. We went in the room and besides the bed sheets being changed, it was still dirty- unknown splashed brown liquid in the sink which I hope was from a coffee cup being dumped out. The bathroom wasn’t sanitized at all. There weren’t any other rooms available in the area plus it was too late to cancel/ argue and we were tired as well. Needless to say, we won’t be returning. I was hoping that days inn had improved since it was a Wyndham hotel now but this one was so far down it was ridiculous. Also, all of the trash cans were full outside. I’m not sure what the workers do but it still smelled like weed in the lobby in the morning when I went to tell them we were leaving.

Had a horrible stay. Upon arrival we noticed trash laying around outside the facility and in shopping carts under the steps. The room was dirty and had holes in the walls. As soon as we laid down in bed, we noticed the bed was infested with bed bugs. Requested a new room immediately. The only room they had left was a smoking room. Smelled like a stale ash tray. Would not recommend staying at this hotel. If it was possible i would rate this hotel with no star.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. When we asked for a different room, the clerk said all the rooms smell like cigarettes. We went out to eat dinner and do some shopping. When we got back at 10:00, our door key wouldnt work. There was noone at the front desk to assist us. We waited 40 minutes before anyone showed up to take care of our situation. Also, the air conditioner made a horrible sound that kept me awake off and in all night. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We ended up not staying and eating the price of the room. It was dirty, and there was hair all over the bathroom floor (indicating it had not been swept). Also, the bathroom didn't have a light in it. They did take care of the light, but there was another lamp on the credenza that didn't have a light bulb in it but it was plugged into the receptacle. The location did not feel safe overall. The room next to us had a mattress cover hanging over the window haphazardly, in place of curtains or blinds.

The staff was great but the property is run down. Tub had cigarette burns and the bedspread had cigarette burns as well. Lots of patch work done on repairs

Had 3 rooms. The 2 were ok there for maybe 5 mins because we had issues with key working for both the rooms. Left to go to a wedding came back bout 1015pm. Checked in the 3rd room and in complete shock to where we had kids in every room and most diffently didnt feel safe staying there. Refunded the 1 room and now waiting for refund for the other 2. Can you blame a FAMILY OR ANYONE that doesnt use drugs to feel comfortable with residue left on tables, blunt left in ash tray, no shower head or no curtain, no tv, the floor by toilet and the sink. Anything that couldve gone wrong absoltely did. Ive seen reviews aftee staying blaming housekeeping but seriously this room was far from being a housekeeping issue and looks from anyone walking into the room that this was a workers area to hangout or letting other ppl in to use for short period of time. Pictures on Orbitz as are far from what any of the rooms nor outside look like. This place should absoltely be condemned!!!! Not to mention when first checking in there was a gentleman in there addressing concerns with his room with a dog and the lady at desk didnt even care, mold under sink, he listed several other issues but at this point im still in shock with everything we had to witness. Sadly 2 kids did see the room and were told to stay at doorway and dont move to take pics. Also have a recording of the receptionist offering to give back the refund for the THREE rooms!

Easy on/off highway. Close to fast food options. It’s a place to play your head and clean yourself. Not much more. “Free breakfast” was dismal. We were hopeful for a bagel with cream Cheese. Nope. Some packet of instant oatmeal and what looked to be a couple opened packs of tasty cake powders donuts placed in a case. The shower filled with water and the spigot came out of the wall. But like I said it was bare bones and useful for a quick night. If you’re not expecting more for under $100 then you’ll be fine.

FRI 06.14.24 around 9:50pm. Room 203 Blond female approx 38 years old. Plain white men's tshirt. Zero personality and no greeting. (I had to greet HER.) No info other than room # and direction to room. No info on breakfast or ice locations. Did not check my ID - did not confirm who I was Stinks of cigarettes - even though I paid extra for NON SMOKING room. I have a headache from the stench. Room was HOT. A/C unit was completely - took an hour to cool the room - and it was loud and ran constantly. Broken security latch on door (pictures). No cups in room (pictures). Lots of very visible and poorly executed repairs (see pictures). Cigarette burns on side of tub - in this "non smoking room" (pictures). TV set on Spanish speaking channel with very loud volume. I refused to place my overnights bag on the floor for fear of contamination. Food and dead bugs under cushion in "easy chair" (pictures). THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. Wyndham and Expedia should be embarrassed to even have their name on it. Didn't sleep AT ALL - left the room at 4:30am.

Had 2 rooms booked were not on the same level or side,one room didn’t lock when door was shut. One room the TV wasn’t working. Moved to another room air conditioner was not working. Have stayed at Days Inn before this stay was horrible

staff has no knowlede regaeding customer services I got heart they do not have ant first aid kit .I fell in the parking lot as for bandage they do not have I drove to walmart to get help
