I have stayed a few times at this hotel, and while the staff is helpful, and attentive, the property itself is in need of renovations. Rooms are clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding. However, in the last two years, I have visited three times.. and the pool has NEVER been open. The website should be updated. There is no excuse not to have it open in JULY!

It was an amazing. We really went there expecting the worse. But boy was we wrong. From the front desk to the room, the service, and the breakfast was off the chain good. I have me complaints. Our next visit to Franklin we will be staying at the Forrest.

Very well kept hotel! It is older but you can tell they take care of the property. They had everything we needed in the kitchen! The restaurant had a nice buffet that came with the stay!
