Overall it was average
The room was clean and functional. I liked the eco-friendly products offered. Carpet outside the room needed to be swept. Beds were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning was very loud. There were all kinds of noises all night long! Breakfast was not edible. Coffee and tea available 24 hours was nice. Good selection of teas. The staff was very friendly.

Our stay in Morgantown
We stayed because it was close to Ruby Memorial Hospital. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was nice but the we didn't realize there was a second blind to block out the night lights from the parking lot till morning. Instructions would be a great help in figuring out how to operate them. Also I know everyone is trying to save money but there wasn't a pen or paper. And last but not least I was very disappointed in not finding a King James Bible in the room.

We stayed there overnight… Arrived late for check-in the next day got up to take a shower and there’s a few pubic hair in the bathtub. Could not take a shower. Had to leave early disappointing for sure.

Hotel was clean, the room i was in was clean but the bathroom had loose hair in and on the bathtub. I had asked what time was checkout i was told noon, i had an appointment i had taken all my stuff but didn't check out yet, got back at 11:15 am and they were already in my room cleaning it with door proped open.
