Property was in a nice secure area, close to the interstate and several restaurants. Room was average, king size comfortable bed. Staff at check in were friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety of items.

Great location, with numerous restaurants and gas stations within easy reach. Indoor pool! Huge room with beautiful seating area and 2nd lg screen tv. Additional highlight was a full, delicious breakfast. Will surely return!

When I planned my late late arrival n made them aware I was harassed n. Given a hard time. Late check out was planned in advance n paid but yet I was called at 7 am 1130 1230 asking when I was leaving and if not I had to pay. I did all.tjay in advance. They need to look at their notes. One hand didn't know what the other was doing. Am lady needs to go. She was awful. Rude My daughter starts at wvu. I'll be here at least 4x before January and she lost you a lot of business. As I normally need two to four rooms with all my family each visit. Shame. Nice facility but desk staff is sub par. I'll also spread the word to my daughters friends families bc I never want them to be treated the way I was. Housekeeping and am breakfast staff were super sweet and kind. This is a real shame.

Hotel great hit bad experience with other stayers.
The hotel was great. I would start here again. However, the people above us yelled, screamed, jumped and ran all night long. Kept us awake most of the night. I used the text service at the hotel but they didn’t get it until the next day. They said they couldn’t do anything for me since I went through hotels.com. Can hotels.com give any restitution for this experience? Again, the actual hotel adm accommodations were excellent
