The room was clean and tidy, but no mirrow in the room. The bathroom was not on suite. Everytime you wanted to use the bathroom u had to leave the room unlock the bathroom. Other than that it was fine.
Don't be put off by the slightly tatty outside, the rooms are well equipped and comfortable, and the location couldn't be more convenient for the town centre. Good value for money, great for an overnight en route
It was very noisy almost all night, felt like sleep on the pavement. Only Wifi was good, overall not very pleasant experience

Disliked: Staff & service
It was the most horrendous place to stay . The noise was awful banging doors going on until 12-45 in the night. People banging upstairs at 4 o’clock in the morning no consideration for other people at all . A place I would definitely not recommend

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Great value for money and acceptable daily service i'd go there again.
The hotel met our needs very well, we were met by a friendly able person, it was clean, it had parking and was located well and convenient for the town. Many thanks.
The room was fully west facing and on a main road. As a single woman staying alone; I was unable to open the window as the room was on street level and it would have left me vulnerable. The room was hot and the carpet was disgusting. The curtains were not blackout and when the sun set, there was bright streetlights. Despite being up extra early both days and being exhausted at bedtime, I felt unable to sleep. I stayed in room 20 so please avoid if you are planning to stay there.
