Business needs a smart phone with the " babel " app to ttranslate for the emplyees. Lots of misinformation. Staff tells me that room is not ready. Then another desk person shows up and tells me that the room has been ready for 2 full days. Huge stains on the sofa. At least the stay was quiet. Only needed it for 4.5 hours to get some sleep before hitting the eoad again.

You can easily hear all noise from rooms next door. Staff started vacuuming and making tons of noise cleaning rooms at 8am. Price was easily double what it should have been because there is so little accomodation around the Gorge. Chips in bathtub, no shower curtain. Paper thin blankets. No staff available when checking out and could not have any issues addressed.

We arrived, my boyfriend had to go #1. After flushing the toilet, we got an overpowering smell of sewer. We had to go somewhere, so we told the staff about it, the person who checked us in came to the room, smelled what we smelled, told us it wasn't the sewer, and he would have a housekeeper come in and spray it down while we were gone. When we came back, all was well until we flushed the toilet again. Stench back. I brushed my teeth and washed my face in the kitchen. We slept with the bathroom door closed and left as soon as we could. The furniture and carpet looked like it was original from the 70's... Including all the stains. I wouldn't walk on the carpet without socks. The bed was the only clean thing in the room. I am no longer allowed to pick out our hotels lol. It wouldn't have been the worst thing in the world until the sewer smell. Won't go back. For $250, that's a money trap.

The staff were very nice. I liked being able to bring my dog. The room however, was not fully cleaned prior to our using it. The bathroom sink had soap build up all over the back end corners where there are built in dips for soap bars, and thecounter itself felt dingy.

This place was quiet and easy to find. Shower was nice and hot. It felt safe and was a little better than we were expecting for the price. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.
