• Food and Drinks: For lunch or dinner, the Le Bouchon du P'tit Pont restaurant is only a 6 minute drive. For an afternoon of wine tasting, we suggest visiting the vineyards in Chautagne. Restaurant L’auberge de Savières in Chanaz, this former post house welcomes you in winter near its fireplace and in summer on its pretty terrace which will be the ideal place for a sunny lunch. Here, Savoyard cuisine is made from quality local products, with impeccable service.
• Outdoor Activities: The ViaRhôna is a cycle path that runs along the Rhône from Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean. Take or rent bikes and explore towns on the water like Chanaz, also known as the Little Venice of the Savoy.
• Places to See: Gorges du Fier in Lovagny, this natural site has been fitted out with footbridges which overlook a canyon where the Fier flows. The visit can be impressive because over 252 m, you will “fly over” the river surrounded by a sea of ??rocks, digging giant pots for millennia. Also discover the legends that surround the site.
