There were staggered people in the parking lot, each one alone. Some looked homeless, sitting on the floor, some were standing alone by their cars, and others were sitting alone in their cars. I saw someone smoking, and one person was holding a large mug that I think may have been a beer mug. I interpreted the situation as possibly involving drugs, alcohol, prostitution, or all of the above. It was shocking and difficult for me to believe that I booked a hotel that looked like this.

We stayed 3 nights, none of the ice machine worked, they will not take your garbage from the room, no latch lock on door was broken and the lemon water had moldy lemons for all 3 days we were there they never changed it

This hotel is extremely dirty. Dirty sheets/pillow cases. Layers of grime and dust bunnies on the bathroom air return. Dirty towels on the floor of the closet on check in. The air filter in the room appears to have never been cleaned.

The bed was way too soft and the toilet was way too low I have a bad back pain and knee pain so I won’t be staying there again the hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly if I didn’t have back and knee problems I would stay there again
