Overall a nice property. We had a king room with jetted tub. I’m not sure when the last time someone stayed in that room, but the water pressure shot out like it hadn’t been turned on in awhile. The water pressure in the tub trickled out so it took forever to fill. The biggest issue we had was the yappy dog that was barking until after 10pm. He sounded like he was in the hallway so I opened our door and realized he was staying across the hallway in the other room and was barking underneath his door. The owners of the dog must’ve been out and left the dog in the room. Thankfully, we went to bed late and by then, the barking stopped.

My last night there my pass key would not open my door. Battery was dead. I had to sleep in another room because the person at the desk said he couldn’t open my room because he didn’t know how to use the tool that would open my door. My cell phone and everything was in there. Every person on duty should be able to get you back in your room….Very frustrating! I slept in a room with none of my stuff……..

AC broke, after reporting, nobody showed up to fix it. No room cleaning unless you request it (which was not mentioned). We were put on the basement floor and night 1 woken up by a horrible noise (no idea what it was) night 2 a loud party in the hallway outside of our room and no one answered at customer service. Night 3, another party but this time was broken up by staff. We visit often and we won’t be back here.

The hotel was nice, clean, staff was friendly. Unfortunately there was a group of teen boys that both nights were running on my floor, banging doors making it uncomfortable, was woken up at 12:30 the first evening then they started at 10:30 the second night.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed as this was a major reason for our booking. The hotel said it was noted on the hotels website but not on the Hotels.com website. Nice beds and breakfast with fresh fruit.

Convenient location for our needs. Breakfast was very good. (Eggs, bacon/sausage, potato, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffin, toast). Our one complaint is that we picked it for the pool and it is currently closed for renovation but it doesn’t say that on any website that I saw or anywhere in the hotel. We only found out when we asked where the pool was. Our room was clean and roomy enough for us. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

Quick check in [using Expedia for room purchase the night before]. Polite and friendly front end desk. Room was perfect. Bathroom was great, but weird stains on the shower floor. [Nothing alarming, but noticable] AC was perfect for the evening, but next morning, had trouble turning it up to warm the room when I woke up.

The HVAC unit kept starting and stopping repeatedly and you couldn't change the settings making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was not very clean, especially the shower and the floor.

Property is in a good area and was pretty clean. Our room had been recently remodeled (no carpet!) Breakfast offering was standard for a Hampton. They are still remodeling so there was some early morning noise. Desk agent is not explain the wifi password at check-in. He was later argumentative when I called to ask about it. He also conned my daughter into joining Hilton Honors to use her wifi which is not required.

Our stay was good. The entry door had too much light coming thru the bottom--- it was missing the door sweep. They need to have more towels bars or clothes hooks in the bathroom. One hook on the door just doesn't work if you have wet towels and clothes. That's a must!!!
