WeThe parking lot could eat your car if your not careful. A lot of screaming and yelling (adults). Kids running up and down the halls. Very old building. Sheets and towels were clean. That the best compliment. The staff member that I interacted with was friendly but complained I checked in so late. It was only about 9pm. We spent the day at an amusement park and had to eat before checking in. Not unusual circumstances.
Room had ants, holes in bathroom wall and the hallway stunk.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The first room they gave me was old with poorly functioning equipment (fridge, remote, not enough outlets, rust), as well as a moldy smell that came from the unstable fridge.
After filing the complaint, they gave me a better room that looked really nice and renovated compared to the first one. All was fine until i had to keep getting my keycard re enabled EVERY DAY. And i know nobody else had to go through that because it happened with the first room as well.
Other than that, the hotel was average, thats all. The second room made my stay better overall.
staff was a bit standoffish besides who i assume was the manager. the area outside was a bit sketchy, rooms were clean, but the furniture was outdated and worn down. poor wifi and saw so many tiny ants upon checkout!!! not bad for a single night in a pinch, but wouldnt spend the weekend here again.
This was a horrible stay. Don’t go there !!
Besides the fact that everything was so dirty it smelled cigarets mixed with strong chemical product to cover that smoke smell we couldn’t breathe. We check out in the middle of the night because it was unbearable. I would give no star at all if I could.
Trash should have been removed from the parking lots. Had to have my key redone 2x when I left my room for any length of time. Staff was very rarely at the desk when I needed something.
Place was really great for price. It was my first time staying here and i definitely enjoyed the Red Roof cabin experience! Only thing is there’s no elevator but wifey and I are young so we didn’t mind !
No elevator, long dark hallways, shady area not a place youd want to bring your family. Walked in the room and it had an overwhelmingly strong smell of urine. Cancelled immediately and wasnt offered a refund.
