Nice staff and comfortable big space. The room had everything you needed, our ceiling fan didn’t work so that was a bummer but other than that my friends and I had a great time! Quiet area and convenient area. Will stay here again.

Mildred at the front desk was a ray of sunshine and a wonderful woman who greeted many with a smile and their name...You could hear Rt 295 traffic noise in the middle of the night if the AC wasn't on....Somewhat difficult to find the furn off to Old Cuthbert Road at night....But overall, Mildred made it a nice experience!

Checkin in process is easy and staff are great! Room is clean and full kitchen is so convenient. Same breakfast every day gets old quick, but appreciated nonetheless.

The hotel room is not very clean particularly the carpet. The room has musty smell. The bed is also hard. However, these were not the worst compared to the noise from a party upstairs that lasted until 4am in the morning. We couldn’t reach anyone in the front desk until early in the morning. We were up all night. Hope the hotel can deal with such disturbance promptly.

Staff was great. However, the sofa bed was not conducive whatsoever with no alternative of a roll out cot, 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 and 2 bathrooms, 4 towels, light upstairs did not work and outlet in the kitchen did not work.

The property was in need of some TLC. Updated painting, sidewalks, carpets and railings would help. I did a little more cleaning in my room upon arrival. There was a strong musty odor. I purchased some scented plug ins. The rooms were stocked with amenities, kitchen, seating area, and our booking came with a loft style bedroom with second bathroom. It was very accommodation for a larger family. Not walking distance to much other then the health club, but short driving distance to many food and shopping options. Staff was pleasant.

You should have full size ironing boards in the rooms. I happened to stay while the units were being repainted so things were not normal conditions.
