worst motel flop house ever-i no longer believe in 'best western' badging or expedia screening for credible accommodations. The room was full of bugs, pool dirty, outside cluttered filthy obviously a long term residence for down and out. Fraud at its very best and the upcharging for this that and the other make the price quotes irrelevant.

All areas should be rated NA as I did not stay there on 9th of July. I was making a reservation on line while on a driving trip. When using nearest room , I was unintentionally booked in a room that was 30 miles from me in the wrong direction. The reservation was immediately voided by the hotel in Mt. Pleasant , Texas. Please void the charge by Expedia. Thank you

I came in for a one night business trip. It wasn't the greatest but it wasn't the worse either. Room was clean, bed was comfy, jetted tub was clean. I would stay again. I was gone before breakfast so i dont know how their breakfast was.

I ended up staying for four nights due to a needed auto repair. Compared to other properties in this price range? This place was the Taj Mahal! The room was large, clean and had NO bugs! The AC was ice cold! They were just getting the pool up and running but it was a really nice pool area with deck chairs and nice landscaping. Plenty of TV channels and good wifi. My only complaint is the TV's are pretty small.

You get what you pay for
The room had AC There was a refrig/microwave Shower worked well plenty of hot/ cold water It had a sparse breakfast The area did not feel safe even though the hotel had plenty of security lights on at night. The lighting in the room was extremely dim even with all the lights turned on. The room had a strong disinfectant smell The pool was completly covered and not in use. The gym smelled of must and mildew. A group of guests sat outside the room on the sidewalk talking loudly into the evening. I switched hotels after the first night and would not stay there again

Quick 12 hr stop.
The main photos of the hotel made me think it was a stand alone hotel. It is actually the open air hallways and outward facing doors. My fault for not looking harder at the website. I just needed a quick 12 hr stop. Room could have used a deep clean, but it was very large! It had no bugs and the bed was clean and comfortable. The TV channels were super limited & had no cartoons (i had a toddler with me) and, i noticed half the channels that were suppose to work said the signal was bad. Really close to tons of good options, a hospital and the highway.
