Good but not great
It was good, no front desk after 9pm have to use back access door using key card, no phone in room so no wake up call, curtains for big windows didn’t close all the way so sunlight came in at sunrise.

This was a place to rest our head for the night. Staff was wonderful even with the issues they had with the internet and our checkin process. This place has some GREAT potential. BUT, you can tell they are in the middle of a remodel/redecorate and the entirety or the hotel smells funny. Hard to explain what the smell is because it certainly isnt dust or construction or a deodorizer they have sprayed, or mold/mildew. There are no true dining options close to the hotel. It was a little inconvenient to get into the parking lot when arriving after dark and GPS gets confused. We had to walk atleast 2 city blocks worth of hallway to get to a working elevator to get up to our room. Not our worse experience (us walking out before checkin was done), but definitely not our best. Wasnt too bad but we probably wouldnt choose to go there again until the reno is fully completed.

I stayed at this hotel for business and thank God it was just for one night. There were clearly people living there full time (migrants I believe). The place smelled and there was cat hair on the pillow cases. I didnt take my shoes off as i was afraid of what was in the carpet. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This place seems like a migrant shelter, and single room occupancy type of residence. It had a weird smell in the lobby when I walked in. I tried to check in early, and was told that I couldn’t which I understood. But when I looked around there was debris all over the carpet near the front desk and the lobby furniture was beaten up and dingy. I checked in later in the day, and everyone in my party ( we had multiple reservations) all unanimously said they felt unsafe. Carpets were dingy. Bathroom had stains on the floor. Not a good experience.

This Hotel was extremely old, dirty, outdated and disgusting. The ice machine had mold inside the ice and the swimming pool was dirty and no towels available for guests. We stayed only because we had no other option. The beds are extremely old and made noise. You could hear the springs on the mattress, and we felt very uncomfortable, and the room was dirty, and everything was very old and outdated. I wish we could have cancelled and I could get a refund.

The staff was friendly. The room looks like the photos, the accessories in the room were broken (hair dryer) the ac/ heater buttons was un aligned and made it hard to turn off and on. The bed !!! The Mattress to awful for proper words. It was hard AF!! Might as well slept on rhe floor. Shower head filthy with mold and hardwater stains. Looks like they have been remodeling for 4 years and never finished. One and done!

Disgusting and filthy!!!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT BOOK!!We didnt want to wake up in a bathtub of ice missing a kidney. Seriously. The pictures online are a LIE and totally misleading. FILTHY FRONT AREA, ROACHES! We were disgusted and even felt unsafe leaving our car parked, for fear of theft. We walked in said we didnt want to check in. We had already paid 2 nights ahead of time, coming in from out of state. No apologies, and no refunds. The guy even then charged a 100 dollar hold on our card, ya know...the security deposit most charge at checkout to ensure room is ok!!!!!! We didnt stay!! We are out$400. We went to another hotel and incured another 2 night stay charge. It ruined some of our plans for our 25th Anniversary and our first time in that area. Do not pay for this or think about booking here, please! Thank goodness we had travelers insurance so hopefully our losses are temporary and will sorted out.

Better in pictures than in person.
For starters the building and the room does not look as good as they do in person. Checking in was easy and simple but the original room was disgusting. Stains all over the floor and walls. Broken lampshades and light switches. The worst of all is the room had cockroaches. I had to request another room. I would not have even stayed in the hotel if it wasn’t for an important family gathering that I had to be at. I would not stay here again.
