Salut! Tout d’abord, merci de nous avoir fait parvenir vos commentaires. Celles-ci sont grandement appréciées car elles nous aident à améliorer le service. Je suis désolé d'entendre seulement maintenant vos plaintes. Nous sommes à votre disposition avec plusieurs numéros de téléphone, e-mails et WhatsApp comme points de contact. Nous aurions été heureux de vous aider avec toute demande que vous auriez eu pendant votre séjour. À propos du fait de ne pas avoir de nom de porte - Les chambres sont étiquetées avec des «noms de couleurs» comme «ORANGE». Chaque chambre dispose d'un labo qui porte le nom, par exemple "ORANGE" et également coloré pour le rendre très facile à trouver. De plus, comme il s'agit d'une très petite maison d'hôtes avec un très petit nombre de chambres, nous avons supposé qu'il serait assez facile de trouver la chambre car il n'y a qu'un seul couloir. Dans tous les cas, nous aurions été plus qu'heureux de vous aider si vous nous aviez contacté via des appels, une application Web ou une messagerie. C'étaient tous des problèmes mineurs qui auraient facilement pu être résolus si seulement nous les connaissions.
