Hotel has aged and is not clean
Bathroom had mold in the shower stall as well as mold in the grout around the sink. We got a rollaway bed for my son and it had a huge stain on it. Definitely does not meet the standards of a 5 star hotel

It’s an amazing place and an oasis in the middle of a busy area. Staff, food and services overall are superb! The only thing I would recommend is a pedestrian walkway to the neighboring mall- a crosswalk of sorts to make it safe to cross a very busy road. Maybe that’s something that they need to do with collaboration with the mall and the City authorities so crossing pedestrian guests feel safe.
