Great location in town and easy to getting around, with s-bahn and grocery literally across the streetApartment was clean and largely resembles the listing photos, although some a bit deceptivelyOur main issue is the condition of the property and soft goods. Bed linens, pillows and bath towels were extremely poor quality, and very sparse. Several bedside lights were either broken or missing. Vinyl flooring peeling up. Living room couch cushions in some disrepair, very saggy and uncomfortable. Despite the other review, the kitchen is not well stocked at all - only service for 4 (for a listing that sleeps 8), little to no cookware, utensils or knives, etc. Fancy coffee maker but in desperate need of a cleaning.As to the low checkin and communication scores, it was a complete disaster. We were sent the wrong instructions and wrong code, and were outside in the freezing cold well over an hour trying to find anyone at the management office we could talk toHowever, once a different team sent us a WhatsApp checking how our stay was going, with someone to actually talk to things were resolved in minutes. And the team took full responsibility and refunded half our first night's stay. So excellent recovery on their part, and hopefully an easy fix for future renters going forward. But for us, still a messWe've stayed in 2-3 dozen Vrbo/similar over the years, and while far from the worst, this one was mediocre at best, so we think 3 stars is fair. We wouldn’t rent it again
