A good value for money. Around 20 minutes drive from Munich International airport. Shops and bus stops are just next door. We arrived a bit early (2pm) and allowed to check-in as our room was ready. Overall, it was a great base for few days whilst visiting Munich.

The room itself was fine, other that only one bathroom mirror which is hard when two people want to get ready. Staff very unhelpful, asked questions about travel and how to get about which one staff member, dark hair short bob replied, “it’s not my area to help you, ask someone else at the desk, (then laughed and said) welcome to Germany, that’s how it is here no one wants to help” I found her extremely rude. I then asked the gentleman at the desk and he said just used Uber. I would not stay here again

Very bad experience, the staff, the room wasn't ready, the AC not working, and the maintenance service left the box open even before reaching us the hotel, when I told the reception that all what he said is (it's okay!!), The room view was to the dumpster!!! With really bad smell. The door in the parking lot some of them not working

The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe.

Wir hatten ein kleines ruhiges Zimmer und waren zu viert eine Woche im Hotel. Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings ohne große Abwechslung. Da der Zimmerservice nur einmal pro Woche kommt, wäre auch ein Besen im Zimmer wünschenswert. Die Küche/Küchenzeile war für vier Personen gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut hat uns auch der kostenfreie Kaffee/Tee/Kakao Automat im Eingangsbereich gefallen. Um in die City von München zu kommen muss man 30-40 Minuten mit Bus/U-Bahn oder Tram fahren. Mit der Tram dauert es am längsten...

Falsche Angaben in der App
Angaben zum Hotel in der App nicht korrekt. Die versprochene Ladesäule für E-Autos gibt es nicht. Personal desinteressiert. Parkpreise unverschämt hoch. Hatten beim einchecken an der Rezeption am Freitag Abend gegen 21 Uhr bereits 2*20EUR Parkgebühren per Kreditkarte für unseren kompletten Aufenthalt bezahlt. Später fanden wir heraus, dass wir mit stündlicher Zahlung (1 eur pro Stunde) günstiger weggekommen wären - sei‘s drum. Als wir am Sonntag gegen 8.30 das Hotel verlassen wollten, sollten wir plötzlich nochmals 9 eur nachzahlen - das konnten wir zum Glück wegdiskutieren.
