Hilton Munich City hotel service is very unfriendly especially the female staffs. I booked this hotel and check in suppose to be 3pm but the female staff said 4pm.

Very nice hotel , modern , very nice room etc. however lost points for not having complementary coffee in reception , basic low cost compliments like coffee and water. There is a fridge self service area with some basic essentials but no coffee, hot water tea etc. which is a shame.

It is always nice to stay there in Hilton Munich City. Only negative situation for me is HHonour membership points counts per stay not per night. I didn’t knew this will happen and I have booked my last stays in USA and Europe over Expedia. I hope to see all my stays as per night as a stay in my account
