Location was tge best. Close to many of the sites. Close to metro. Hop on hop off station cross the road. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Fab location, close to public transport links. Hotel is clean, large room with decent shower, AC, hairdryer, TV, safe. If arriving after 11pm there is no one on the desk and the doors will be locked so make prior arrangements to access hotel and room.

This hotel is overall good value for the money, as it is very conveniently located, even thought it’s quite old and needs renovations. However, beware that there are some rooms that do not have a window!!! We managed to ask the service desk to switch our room (overall front desk was quite nice and helpful), but beware, as they seem to go fully booked.

Location was good hotel very basic the crowds outside till 6 am this morning was to much could here all noise and traffic room to hot bedding old not offered a bottle of water as stated on the read up no air con could not keep window open due to road traffic and dunks from the bar next munich is a wonderful city but this hotel was not for us

Everything about this hotel is convenient! Do ask for a room at the back of the hotel to get away from the noise of the nightclub There is no Aircon but we managed to survive on days it was 30c bring handheld fans. So many places to eat right at your doorstep aswell as being central to all stations. Unfussy rooms, has all the basics bring your own hairdryer. No fridge but a free safe. Would recommend if on a budget and just needing somewhere to rest your head at night.

We liked the location of this property. It was close to the central train station and Marienplatz was walkable. The breakfast was simple but adequate. The front desk people were friendly.

it was a nice hotel. one of the pros is it is close to the train station con is it is noisy as it is on a busy street. I didn't like the toilet much but then room was spacious, clean and nice.

Our stay was primarily a layover from train to plane. We chose Hotel Daniel so that we could see a little bit of Munich instead of staying at an airport hotel. Location was perfect for that. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main train station. Station entrance for the train to the airport is right out front. There were churches, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Two thumbs up!

I was put into a room facing a busy street, so it was loud. I asked to change to a back room, which the staff did for me, though the hotel was very full. I was very grateful for that. Excellent customer service. Also an excellent location in the middle of town with lots of shopping and dining options.

Fabulous location
Best thing about this hotel is its location. Easy 7 minute walk from the main train station. Underground trams and buses right outside the door. We had an issue on check in which was rectified by the daytime receptionist lady who was absolutely lovely and helpful. The guy did not seem so helpful and seemed annoyed with us. As per others comments there is a bar below which is unfortunate for the hotel. The noise from the bar went until 5am however it didn’t really bother us the location made up for it.

Old fashioned hotel for a great price and location
I really loved this old hotel. It’s charming and has a lovely friendly staff and is immaculately clean. Room was road facing so there was a bit of street noise but I didn’t find this a problem. Lots of old fashioned wooden fixtures which I thought were charming — certainly not a place for those who want modern sterility! Fantastic location by train stations and easy walk to old town. Breakfast was simple and lovely - cereal, bread, cheese and sliced meat. Fruit available as well as a range of tea and coffee choices. Room does not have own kettle or drink making facilities - but this is clearly outlined in room selection. Bed was very firm but that suited me perfectly! Great price for location.
