The staff and hotel building are nice However the wifi only worked in the lobby, the AC would make a very loud hum every 15-30 minutes for about 3 seconds all day/night The area around the hotel is not pleasant, dirty, noisy, full of beggars - it's a shame because the hotel is nice

Excellent stay
I arrived quite late at night but the hotel was very close to Hbf and easy to find. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The building was being renovated but my room looks modern, clean. Room size wasn’t too big as expected but for this price at this location I would say it’s totally good value for money.

The counter receptionist didn’t provide any information about breakfast. When I made the reservation through Expedia it said the hotel had parking. There was no mention of needing to reserve a parking spot. When we arrived we were told there no parking spots available and I had to park at a public location down the block.

The rooms lack air conditioning. Had to sleep with two windows open at night . Bathroom is extremely small and our room lacked elevator service. Carrying bags up and down three fights of stairs. Too expensive for these types of inconveniences.
