This is the second time I live here. If I visit Munich in future, the hotel will be my first choice. Hotel room is very clean. The reception gentleman is super professional and helpful. I did not ask his name, but I definitely shout out for him. He needs to help guests check in, be a bartender, and maintain the free coffee/tea zone simultaneously. He is an image of capable German. Hotel is very close to central train station. A lot of shops and restaurants. I strongly recommend.

Nice hotel, great location.
Really nice hotel in a GREAT location...easy access to tours and the city gate and the station and restaurants and bars and everything you need in Munich. Good breakfast choice, with great service. And great front desk service, too.

A nice and very convenient hotel, only a few minutes walk from the main train station. The rooms were nice and clean and of average size for the price. We didn't spend much time engaging with the staff but they were very helpful and friendly when we did. The area around the hotel feels a little bit rough but the convenience of being near the main station and the airport bus makes up for it.

Very accommodating English speaking desk clerk/manager. Garden side 5th floor room was very quiet. Comfortable bed. Bath a little small, but modern. Could use some shelf space for guest use. 15 minute walk to Old Town Center, Art Museum area etc. Near train station and airport bus.
