Is conveniently located near the main U line so super easy to get around the city quickly. The hotel was very quiet and had the best sleep of our trip here. We were welcomed with two few beer vouchers from the bar upon arrival along with daily $10 vouchers if you didn’t need your room cleaned. You are able to use as cash at the hotel and was such a nice extra perk. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Clean and comfortable
The hotel was very clean and felt comfortable after a day in town. Bathroom was very small, but neat and tidy, like many downtown European location hotels. We did like the hotel and would definitely return if in Munich. Found the staff very friendly and helpful, and really enjoyed the free voucher for a drink of you chose eco-friendly cleaning.

Family room was great!
While the area around the train station is sketchy this hotel is not. its very comfortable and well located for day trips and easy access to transit. We had a family room which was very spacious and was quiet.

We booked a room with two singles. Upon entering our room it was one bed. We went back to the lobby and asked to switch she told us it’s first come first served no matter when you booked the hotel. The bed and bedding were uncomfortable. There is construction outside that is very loud. The shampoo and conditioner were very terrible. The hotel is conveniently located next to the HBF and easy to find. However I would not stay here again.

This hotel is in a perfect location. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the central train station and to the Old town of Munich. Plenty of Restaurants nearby. " Jo" was very helpful at the front desk with suggestions and directions. I would stay here again and recommend. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety.

We had room 402. It did not look like the photo. The room was so tiny, the king bed was at an angle across the corner and we could barely walk between it and the tiny desk. No closet or place to set anything, including your suitcase.

**Hotel Review: Kings First Hotel** I recently stayed at Kings First Hotel and found it to be a good value for money. The hotel is well-situated for transport and getting around the city, making it convenient for exploring. However, the surrounding area is a bit deprived, which might not appeal to everyone. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a single room, which was small but adequate. The bathroom was also compact, but just about big enough. A nice touch was the amenities room, where you could find essentials like a kettle and teabags, which I appreciated. The staff were very helpful and polite, and they spoke excellent English, which made my stay easier. I had breakfast at the hotel twice (€20 per meal), and it was the usual buffet selection—sufficient but nothing extraordinary. I also had dinner once; the menu was quite limited, mainly offering pizzas. Overall, I would return to this hotel. Despite the minor drawbacks, it offers good value for money, especially considering its location and the service provided.
