The poor front desk staff was overwhelmed with passengers with airline vouchers for hotel rooms. Problem was, they were booked full, but it made check-in line long and slow. The staff did their best to deal with everyone. Restaurant was likewise chaotic and poorly run, almost out of food. Room itself was clean, but approximately the size of a large closet.

Expensive for a not very clean establishment. The room didn’t even have a telephone. Breakfast was expensive and all dishes were empty. Coffee machine “wasn’t working”. The staff was not kind and helpfully to the guests. 10/10 would not recommend staying

modern clean hotel with many games in the dining bar and foyer area which created a fun atmosphere. Family room was really large and had 2 tv's. Great hotel for a last night in Germany
