Some of facilities which are on the website are not provided in the hotel. The staff refused to provide an iron, the room was cold, the fridge was not top up daily.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. Amazing for transport, just 2-3 min access to trains, underground and trams. Plus 5min walk to trourist busses as well. Many shops and places to eat around. The last but not least - the pool! So so nice. Beautiful feeling after long day around the city. The pool is small but with lovely water. In the evenings not busy at all. The only negative thing is next to the pool there is a sauna and many times men walking inside naked, sometimes they even change and wrap with towels outside next to the pool. I am older person but there are children and young women also so not very pleasant to see. If the whole area is mixed(male and female) should be rule people to stay with their swim suits at all time. If they need they can take shower in their own rooms. Anyway this is just an observation. I liked the hotel and had a good experience as a whole.

Surprised but happy
At first we were a little worried as the area didn’t seem that nice an area, but once we got in the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and piano bar.

The room was comfortable and the AC worked really well during a heat wave! The breakfast was fantastic and filled us up until mid-afternoon. The only bummer was the shower, which had a terrible design making it impossible not to flood the bathroom floor with every shower… and therefore there was some mold in the shower. I hope they can renovate these!

Hotel was nice, breakfast was very busy - difficult to find table some mornings. Pool was closed for repairs for 1 day and was a little underwhelming. Gym was not up to much. Area around hotel was full of building work (parking was a nightmare as roads closed to hotel). Convenient for exploring Munich though.

Very unsavory people at the entrance. 1/2 staff acted like they were doing us a favor by talking to us. Could be that it is the German way. No coffee or kettle in room. Breakfast was very expensive.

This location was great for being able to get there from the train station. We would have liked to be a little closer to Marietplatz . It was a comfortable and clean hotel.

The staff on the front desk were super helpful during our stay. Bedroom didn’t have any tea or coffee making facilities but the air con was good however when I went to use the gym the air con was not on, wasn’t adjustable and the water fountain was empty. Would recommend eating breakfast elsewhere.
