Truly a gem!
This hotel is a gem-find in Munich. The AC was actually set at a comfortable temperature, the room was new, clean and easy on the eyes, everything was working perfectly well, the receptionist was extremely kind, the breakfast was good and served at convenient times, there is an Italian restaurant just across the street, and the price doesn't break the bank! What else can you ask for? In this very same trip, I stayed at at top-notch 5-star hotel network, and I can say, without a shed of a doubt, that Prizeotel is significantly above that other hotel in Munich!

They advertise AC, but it is sad, wanna-be central air that does not cool down the room. So uncomfortable could not sleep. Front desk was no help at all and tried to tell me I must be using it wrong...They must get a lot of complaints.

It was an okay experience. Definitely not worth the amount paid, though. 1 of our 3 rooms was a handicap room with an odd shower, and one of the other rooms had a broken air conditioner. I feel they would have moved us if they weren't already overbooked, but we'll never know. It's a 40€ taxi ride to the airport with tip. Otherwise you can pay 10€ for their shuttle service. This obviously becomes too expensive with more than 4 people (as was my case).

The hotel does not have a dinner service and there are no dining options in the neighborhood either, so I suggest going to this hotel prepared, because the facilities are very pleasant and peaceful.

I may have misread but I recall selecting this property because it was under 2 miles from the airport but it wasn’t. It was a 15 minute €30 ride from the airport. My bad for not more closely reading the to/from airport but if you arrive after 10PM it’s a taxi.
