No drinking hot water available when the restaurant was closed, safe box failure to open that we suspect the possible of thief, WIFI is slow and disconnected in the end when using in the evening.

Room photos did not match the expectation for the room. There is no air-conditioning, but some kind of window fan system that lets in outside noise and the hotel is across from the train station. The service was potentially fine, but we were price gauged due to Oktoberfest.

We were on the 7th Floor. There was no ceiling fan or the small ac was not helping to cool the room. So most of the time it was too hot

Absolutely horrific bathroom setup. The shower could not about pouring water all over the bathroom floor so everything was soaked. The beds were extremely stiff. Outside the noise was unbearable, people yelling and cars honking all throughout the night.

The hotel is in an excellent location down across from the train station. Close vicinity to restaurants, bars, and 15 minutes walking to Oktober fest. Staff were great!

Room was large and clean but bathroom needs an upgrade as the door was falling off the hinge and the grab bar in the bath tub was loose. We asked for a room that was accessible by lift - Was given a room on the 7th floor where you have to get the lift to the 6th floor then walk up stairs. One of our party had a bad knee which was explained to the man at check in but he said we had to take the room and they may be able to move us the next day. We heard nothing back. The staff at reception were very rude to anyone we heard them talking to. Really there was no useful customer service which is a shame for a Best Western hotel. Would not stay here again.

Stayed in a cozy bedroom suite on Level 7. Note lift access is only available to level 6. Had to climb the stairs with the heavy luggage. Further windows are not sound proof as stated. Finally shower over bath is poorly designed. Very narrow bath to stand in and limited height of shower head

Wow for 260 eur a night with shower with no hot water the first day .. a shower with shutters with no hard back so water all over bathroom .. and I was afraid of the supper sticky floor mop .. dirty .. old .. no next time for me at this hotel

It was a basic one night stop over very convenient to the train station. Excellent for the Airport as a Lufthansa bus goes from outside the hotel every 20 minutes 24 hrs a day. €12 euros per person. The hotel offered no hot drinks between 3pm and our departure at 6am . Poor
