The property was very clean, spacious and centrally located. When we arrived, the manager told us that the room we had booked (for 4 people) was no longer available but he offered two connected rooms at no extra cost. We definitely recommend this property for its excellent service provided by the manager.

It was a little difficult to find parking. We ended up having to park on the street a couple blocks away and walk my bags to the hotel. But it was during Oktoberfest, so we expected it to be hard to find parking.

There was nobody to greet us at the main desk for the first 10 minutes so I was unsure that I made the reservation correctly. We came all the way from Canada. Our room was for a wheelchair and had no shower door so it was odd. I did find the staff very friendly. The room was nice, and clean.

Theater themed decor is cute- there’s a small lobby & shop past the check in desk that has snacks, drinks etc. that has lots of items you need/ want. Like a microwave , a bottle opener, and beer! Lots of stuff around and easy to get to train. On a busier corner.

The Hotel Manager was extremely gracious and upgraded my room at no cost and allowed an early check in for a small fee. I was absolutely exhausted and was extremely grateful for the gesture. My stay was comfortable, near plenty of transportation options and I had great food in the neighborhood and in the city. I had a breakfast plan but didn't use it as I preferred the coffee and pastry at a nearby cafe. However, people seemed pleased with it. I strongly recommend Vienna House. Lovely facility, staff and neighborhood. 5 stars all the way!

Great hotel
Good spot not too far from main city centre. Service was great and clean, comfy rooms. First 2 days we were getting taxis before discovering the day passes on all public transport! Would definitely stay again, great experience, thank you.
