Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt und Ihr Feedback. Leider waren Sie nicht mit allen Leistungen zufrieden. Ihre Kritik hinsichtlich der fehlenden Klimaanlage ist sehr verständlich und leider müssen wir diese Kenntnis nehmen, ohne für diesen Fall eine direkte Lösung anbieten zu können. Ein Klimatisierung des Hauses ist für die kommende Zeit geplant und von unserem Team, wie Sie sich sicherlich denken können, auch überaus herbeigesehnt. Wir wissen, dass es an sehr warmen Tagen, bei dann auch noch gleichzeitigen Veranstaltungen im Umfeld des Hotels, zu Beeinträchtigungen kommen kann. Wir empfehlen dann ein Zimmer zum Innenhof. Ihre Kritik hinsichtlich des badezimmers haben wir an unsere Hausdame weitergeleitet. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie dennoch wieder bei uns im Haus begrüßen zu dürfen.
