"I had the most wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how cozy and inviting the space was, it truly embodies the essence of "hygge." Located in the city center, it was incredibly convenient to explore everything with ease. The highlight of my stay, though, was meeting Annika, the host. She is warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. During a snowstorm, she went above and beyond by offering me a piece of cake, a small gesture that left a big impression. It was the perfect touch of comfort on a cold day. The commun space is spacious, beautifully designed, and made for relaxation. "Très bel hôtel propre et bien équipé avec, depuis la piscine extérieure, une vue incroyable sur le lac et la montagne. À à peine 15 minutes à pieds du port de Spiez et une vingtaine de minutes en voiture de la ville de Thoune qui est une très belle ville. Nous avons trouvé le personnel très professionnel et accueillant. Une adresse sûre à visiter absolument, on a adoré. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cet excellent séjour 😘."
