Cosy country house for 2 people with garden and a beautiful above ground pool, located in Muro.
The exterior area is very beautiful. The wonderful artificial lawn garden surrounds the above-ground chlorine pool that has a diameter of 5.5 metres and a 1.3 metres depth. It is perfect to cool down and relax after a while sunbathing on any of the 4 sun loungers. Then, there is a terrace with a pergola not far away, and it's the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue. Finally, you can spend the rest of the evening at the porch enjoying a drink surrounded by total peace and privacy.

The house works with solar panels, something makes it even better. When you enter you find an open room shared by the living, the dining and the kitchen, where you can be all together while cooking your best recipes on the gas stovetop, setting the table or chatting on the sofa with the company of the TV-Sat. Next you find 2 double bed bedrooms and 2 shower bathrooms. A baby cot and a high chair also are available on request and we can provide with 3 fans if you need them. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The property is on the outskirts of Muro, about 6.2 km from the town centre, so it is in a quiet environment. We must highlight that it is next to the Natural Park of s'Albufera where you can enjoy beautiful excursions either hiking or biking. In fact, a cycling route passes by the house. Can Picafort and Ses Casetas des Capellans are a few minutes driving from the house so you can spend a day in the beach, enjoy a delicious lunch in a restaurant by the shore and then have a long walk by the sea.

Schöne Finka in toller Lage
Wer seine Ruhe sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Gute Lage, c.a. 6 km vom Strand von Playa de Muro und Can Picafort . Morgens krähen die Hähne, einzig der aufgestellte Pool hatte eine sehr wakelige Einstiegsleiter. Ansonsten alles Tip Top eingerichtet. Immer wieder gerne.

Toller Urlaub in einer schönen kleinen Finca
Wir hatten 8 wunderschöne Tage in Muro. Die kleine Finca ist sehr gut gelegen um Ausflüge zu unternehmen, einfach am Strand zu entspannen oder aber auch mal einen faulen Tag im Pool zu verbringen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an fast nichts gefehlt. Der Außenbereich ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und man findet zu jeder Uhrzeit einen Platz in der Sonne. Eine Grillecke lädt mit der dazu passe

Sehr gut aber einiges zu beachten
Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ländlicher Umgebung. Die nächsten Geschäfte befinden sich aber nur 5-6 Autominuten entfernt (Lidl in Sa Pobla oder Eroski in Can Picafort). Der nächste Strand ist Platja de Muro: ein wunderschöner Sandstrand und nur etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, die Terrasse wunderbar, Pool ebenfalls. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Das eine Schlafzimmer und Bad in "altem" Teil, das ander Bad und Zimmer im "neuen" Teil. Leider haben das Bad und das Zimmer im "alten" Teil modrig gerochen, allerding das Bad und das Zimmer im "neuen" Teil sind ok (aber im Badezimmer: da würde dringend notwendig eine Duschkabine/Wand einzubauen: beim jeden duschen setzt man das Bad unter Wasser da der Duschvorhand ein schlechter Witz ist). Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Betten in beiden Zimmern waren sehr bequem. Die Beitzer kommen alle 3-4 Tage vorbei um den Pool zu säubern (ein sehr nettes älteres Ehepaar, sprechen nur Spanisch - allerdings mit Hilfe von Google geht alles...). Es gibt aber eine Sache zu beachten: für die Gäste die absolute Ruhe suchen ist das Haus nicht geeignet. In der Nähe führt eine ziemlich stark befahrene Strasse (Muro-Can Picafort) die man gut von der Terrasse/Garten hört. Und: der Flughafen ist zwar knapp 60 Kilometer entfern, aber über dem Haus fliegen alle anfliegende Maschinen die man sehr gut hört (von 13 Tagen am 12 Tagen war der Anflug direkt über dem Haus). Wir möchten betonen, dass wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Ses Canyes verbracht haben und können, mit obiger Einschränkung, das Haus ruhiges Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Und zwei Tips zum Schluss: die Tankstelle beim Eroski in Sa Pobla ist die günstigste auf der ganzen Insel: im Schnitt war Benzin dort um etwa 6-7 Cent pro Liter billiger als auf den anderen Tankstellen! Und: wenn Sie Frühaufsteher sind, beachten Sie dass die Läden erst um 09.00 Uhr öffnen. Somit sollte man die Brötchen/das Brot für das Frühstück schon am Abend besorgen... Wir wünschen allen zukünftigen Gästen schöne Zeit im Haus Ses Canyes
