Both bedrooms have queen beds. The master bathroom has a shower/tub and the second bathroom has a shower stall. There is a nice covered patio in backyard for relaxing or dining outside. Amenities Include: kitchen with all appliances, cookware and necessary utensils, BBQ, washer & dryer and all linens.

This house is perfect for a weekend getaway. Wine tasting, hiking, antique stores, historical areas. Highly recommend, as this house was super clean, cozy, and just a couple blocks from the main drag through Murphys.

Hi, You will love staying in this super clean house on a quiet street. The house is wide open with lots of couches for sitting and a cute back yard for drinking your coffee.We enjoyed walking a short distance to the cute downtown area of Murphys for tasting, live music and local food. We will be back!

What a wonderful property and location. Out of all the properties we have stayed at, this one definitely had the most to offer for amenities, like kitchen items and extra linens. Then add the ease of access and such a quiet neighborhood. Just what we were looking for to escape the crazy. We had our 3yr old Bernedoodle with us and having the enclosed yard with the doggie door? Fabulous!We were only here for a quick 2 nights and some snow play at nearby Bear Valley so we didn’t get to enjoy the wineries and shops of Murphys but it is absolutely walkable. Even the grocery store is close enough to walk for that quick item you may have forgotten. I always do!Definitely someplace I would come back too!

We really liked it here and so did our doggies. There is a fenced in yard and a doggie door. The home is nicely laid out with a large livingroom. And the walk to town is easy.

Great location!
This was our second time staying at this property. Clean with a comfortable bed. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. So easy to walk to town. Nicely appointed kitchen with plenty of dishes, etc. The microwave does need to be replaced or repaired -- the door did not work properly. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood.

Great location. The property was very clean and looked better than shown in the pictures. The walls are thin between the two bedrooms, so privacy is limited and one of the bedroom doors did not latch during our stay.

I love that this property is in a court. It provides extra parking and is super close to main street. Property is clean and has a cute little back patio. The only thing I would suggest is to bring body soap. There is a makeup mirror and hair dryer so that was convenient. Overall it's convenient and the home owner is very responsive. Great service!

Exceptional Stay!
Perfect location just a block from downtown Murphy’s. The area is cute & easily walkable to shoppes, wine tasting, restaurants, farmers market, etc. The house is very clean, spacious for the three of us - could easily fit four comfortably. The pics don’t do it justice. It’s much better in person. The backyard is peaceful and relaxing. It’s an end unit so it’s more private. Too bad couldn’t stay longer but would definitely rent again!!

The property was very clean and comfortable. There are two bedrooms and two couches(1 couch Is a fold out) Four of us stayed while we were in town for a concert. It was a nice location to walk downtown.
