We will receive you in Murviel les Béziers, a medieval village with all shops, between sea and mountains, 12 km from Béziers.
Single storey villa, on 1100 m² of land, fully fenced, in a quiet area, 300 m from the village center, reversible air conditioning.
-an entrance with wardrobe, a corridor,
-a fitted kitchen including: vitro hob, pyrolysis oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker.
- brightly lit dining room with TV, wifi.
-3 bedrooms new bedding:
  1: 1 double bed, large wardrobe,
  2: 1 double bed, wardrobe,
  3: 1 bed of 140, 1 bed of 90 closet wardrobe,

Maison agréable et spacieuse pour la famille. Bien située,proche des commerces,parc de jeux, terrain de sport. En bordure de route mais ce n'est pas gênant. Propriétaire aux petits soins.Rapport qualité/prix imbattable.
