The hotel is a little outdated and needs some more maintenance. There was some wear and tear around the whole hotel. The microwave in my room had some broken plastic but worked fine. The room was clean but they don't come clean the room during your stay but the staff were fairly helpful and pleasant and pretty much gave us everything we needed when asked. The location was perfect with dinning and shopping near by and close to the beach. There was some noise during the weekend but nothing crazy we had no problem sleeping. The Wi-Fi worked shockingly well while we were there. I've stayed in hotels where when a lot of people were in the hotel the service turned to crap but I didn't see this happen here. I was very impressed with that. My only real complains were the fact we had no metal forks and when we asked for some they only gave us plastic forks and when I went to use a pot it was dirty. They did provide a sponge and dish soap but I wasn't thrilled by the dirty dishes. I would of also liked a dish rack or somewhere besides the counter to put the dishes I'd just washed but that wasn't the worst thing. Overall it was an average hotel with a basic amenities. It's affordable and I'd stay there again.

My room was on the 11 floor and I have nothing negative to say. I did have a big fridge and a stove, the bed was confortable, the view was nice. It is not the first time a go to Myrtle beach and I wish that I would knew this hotel before. When I go back I’m staying there again.

The hotel was very clean, In a great area. Unfortunately they dont have a lot of parking at the hotel. So if you get there late you have to park in a sketchy parking lot in the back.

The property is close to the beach, shopping area , restaurants and it’s walkable. The staff are friendly specially Malcolm, he’s real nice and very welcoming , friendly and knows how to deal with customers. He’s a great asset to your company. Our first time in Myrtle Beach and spent six nights at the hotel. I like its close proximity to just about everything. The beach is two blocks away which is like a 3mins walk. Didn’t have much interaction with staff but the couple I did speak to were super nice! Latina checked us and she was great! Room was clean and I loved the fact that there was no carpeting. With that said, the floors could use a gooood mopping. We noticed when our white socks started turning black the same day we arrived. Had to wear slippers at all times. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we are thinking about making it our annual vacation destination before school starts.
