The property is worn and dated but you can’t best the location. The staff was friendly and it was easy to access lots of places and things to do in Myrtle.

When I checked in the lady at the front desk was not pleasant and did not provide information about the hotel. I also had a bug problem in my room and when I informed the front desk about it, they act like they did not care.

After reserving what was portrayed as an "oceanfront unit and arriving to find the ocean could not be seen in any way I called the desk and was told i had to contact Expedia. I was connected finally to an agent who understood the problem. He tried to get the hotel to switch our unit but the hotel would not. So I was out $400 and then paid $500 for an oceanfront unit. So 3 days cost me $900 . The property was good. I will never visit the property again after 15 stays!!

The property was convenient to everything we wanted to do...the common areas and hallways were dirty and worn needs repairs...There was no way to get from one tower to the other from the inside of the property had to go outside.... The flow of the property could be better for the guests.

It was complicated finding the room and the doors are too close to the one in front making it hard to use the cart with luggage. The balcony door was very hard to open and when opened it only opened a fraction so had to squeeze through. There were roaches we a saw a few. The building itself looked all and the pools were so dirty like the filtration system was not working. One of the pools even had a female pad at the bottom.

The condo we stayed in was in good condition, the wait for the elevator was long, and the parking situation was horrible. I am handicapped and had to park in the parking garage and walk to the building. The parking Infront of the building offered limited handicap parking.

My Family and I enjoyed this facility very much. this will be our go-to place when we visit Myrtle Beach. the rooms were fantastic. Clean, spacious, and fully equipped to make your stay hassle-free. I also liked the fact they had staff on duty to tend to our needs 24-7.
