Oh my gosh the staff was amazing! The customer service was way up to par, they should get paid more! However, the room was extremely horrendous. Roaches roamed everywhere, it smelt like mildew as soon as we walked in and I had my 10 month old in there with us. The view was beautiful. The stove was treacherous, it sat off the fire alarm, probably because it was way too close to the stove. The dishes were dirty upon arrival as well. The toilet looked like it was infected with AIDS or HIV…it was bad. The breakfast was extremely delicious though. And the parking was terrible. And mysterious spots were left on the floor, the fridge was way too small to put anything in to last a week in the hotel. And the counter space isn’t enough to cook for yourself(selves).

Lovely hotel with a magnificent view
Check in was quick and the lady working the front desk was genuinely nice. The room was a good size and clean however the bathroom floor was dirty. Not bad enough for me to complain but there was medicine or something spilled and dried on the floor. We had a balcony ocean front room and the view was breathtaking. We will definitely be back. The biggest negative for us was the parking situation. It sucks. You have to park across the street. We found that lot was usually full so we had to park a block down across the street in an overflow lot.

The breakfast was nice. The shower had no soap dish or safety bar. You had to hold the soap and shampoo while showering or place it on the floor. It felt very old. Balcony door did not lock. Water pressure was very low. The desk staff was great. The tiki bar tender yelled at me stating I parked in her spot. My wife was very upset the remainder of the trip thinking we may run into her again.

The access to the beach was amazing, staff was wonderful, our bed were comfortable, parking was good. Cabana Bar was pleasant. At first check-in we weren't sure, we where glade we stay. Our stay was 6 days.

The pool area needed to be refurbished and the hallways to the rooms were dingy and dirty. Paint splatters in the elevator not very attractive!!

Room was horrible even after I called them and asked if it was newly remodeled. It WAS NOT!!!! Dirty carpet, dirty sheets, stove and curtains. Cockroaches in the sink. Smelled very old not well maintained at all! They would not give a refund neither partial or full I was out $500 plus dollars. They only offered us 2 free drinks! DONT STAY HERE!!!!

The access to the beach was great. However, the parking was not good at all. There was only a handful of parking available at the hotel itself. The overflow parking was across the street. It was difficult for my handicap mother. Also, we didn't like the fact that housekeeping was able to come in our room at any time even with the privacy please tag on the door. I am sure it was the water, but inside the toilet was stained (looked dirty) and the tub was the same way. The fridge was hardly cold at all. The beverages we purchased from the store, were colder than what the fridge could do. The beverage actually warmed up as it was in the fridge.
