Filthy room.. not getting cleaned on daily basis.
My room 1st. had a leak coming from upstairs, and had to be moved. The the new room was nasty. The pictures were covered in mold, there was mold on the appliances. the shower curtain had a brown spot that looked like feces. the lamp shades had what looked like bug feces on them. Complained to hotel and they came in whipped off the curtain and spayed the room with air cleaner then left the hotel stated they had returned $50 to my account, but I would need to contact Hotels.com to receive it... Never got it (of course).

Average hotel stay not the best not the worst
When I arrive the water was off they didn't inform me that there was construction on going at the hotel otherwise everything else was okay

Stay away, far away!!!
Turned off the water without notification, very noisy construction, work trucks/equipment using handicap parking spaces!!! Parking was very very limited if drive a full size 4 door truck. The staff I dealt was fine except for the scammer at registration, trying to push timeshares in a fraudulent and deceptive manner.

I recently lost my mom and in grieving i needed some peace the room i am in did not have a streaming option on the tv for watching movies and i don't look at regular tv so I'm sitting in here quietly no tv on just crying nonstop that was not what i wanted i needed peace and i don't have a piece of mind i can say I'm really upset because I'm just crying

I made my reservation 7 months ahead and they call me one week before I was arriving to notify me that my reservation was been changed because of construction issues. We reserved and paid the 3 room condo and instead they gave us two one room condo. The kitchen was very small. We are very disappointed with this place.

We never had any room service for 4 days out of 5. Had to go yo front desk to vomplaon. About no service. The clea ing lady came on 4 th day after i complained and apologized seversl times. Not hrr fault. She says they changed mamagement .

Weekend Getaway
The stay was amazing. The staff was amazing. Tiki bar staff kept the people involved and having fun. The hole place is going under a renovation as it does need it, it still didnt take anything away from the stunning views and great times. I just hope that the price point stays ware it is. Cause i will go back time after time for that kind of fun and relaxation.

This property was ok it needs some work the parking was ridiculous as a handicapped traveler I had to park on the street the security was awesome I wouldn’t stay again unless they became more aware of the needs of handicapped traveler’s we all deserve to travel no matter our circumstances

We’ve stayed here five times or more and love the location. Good shelling nice people. And now they are renovating 2025. Rooms have all we need and near grocery.
