Definitely a place that is in quality between a Motel 6 and a holiday inn. The building itself and lobby looks nice, but the immediate outside area seems a little on the rough side people wise. Rooms weren't terrible but wasn't the cleanest feeling either, there was open food under the bed and couch and the hide a bed had some interesting marks on the bed cover. Breakfast was good though!

We were pleasantly surprised. Room was a two bedroom suite and very reasonable price! When we walked into the room, we noticed the AC/heating unit was falling off the wall. Manager apologized and moved us right away to another room. Breakfast was included and was good. Woukd recommed

There was a mix-up at check-in, where they placed us in a room where someone hadn't checked out so we had to wait, but the person at the desk was great about it and it helped that my kids could play in the pool while we waited. We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, so we went into it with the expectation that cleanliness wasn't going to be set at a high standard and it completely met my expectations. was it pristine? no. and it had a faint pet odor throughout the halls. but it was clean nonetheless and the room was awesome, had so much space.

my room on the 4th floor the rugs looked worn out and there was a stink like mildew and a dirty stink the elevatorwalls had stains on them and also stunk. My room the furniture was out dated , the dresser drawers could not open.

Carpet was sticky and dirty mainly due to its age and need of replacement. The overall interior condition of the entire hotel was rough. Tape was being used as door handles for stairwells, open holes in the drywall, water damage in ceilings, missing trim work, etc. Our room had damaged furniture, mold around the bath vanity, hair in the shower. Prior ratings(7-Good) did not seem accurate with what we saw/experienced, but I guess that’s why the price was good. I will say we wouldn’t choose it again. This hotel is in need of some major refurbishment.

Property is in desperate need of repairs and maintenance. Broken toilet, television, a/c wasn’t working right, broken vending machines, laundry out of order. Definitely not worth the price.

Had a nice location but it is in need of updating. While I understand the rooms get cleaned every 3rd day is fine. The hallway on my floor needed a vacuuming. The room was OK but the AC unit rattled when the compressor came on making it loud and difficult to sleep. Staff was nice
